- First memo usually times to the airdrop start so recipients can act immediately.
- Follow-ups 24–72 h later catch people who missed it; shorter, sharper call-to-action.
- Holders of a similar token convert better than random recently-active wallets — pick a token whose audience overlaps yours.
- Targeting your own previously-issued token avoids the custom-token scan surcharge.
- Memos > ~200 characters get truncated in some wallets — front-load the link and CTA.
