This is the same live dataset behind the pool dashboard's bubble view — pools this site has actually seen trade (plus a few always-shown pairs), not a static scan of every AMM that's ever existed on the ledger (tens of thousands of those have never traded and would show nothing useful). Trust score reuses the same scoring the bubble view uses; a pool without enough swap history or depth honestly shows "No data" rather than a made-up number.
